Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
You can return an item within 14 days of the purchase date, and we will refund you the money the same way you originally paid the price.
You can also exchange an item within 90 days of the purchase date.
Please note that any item you return to us must be in its original unused condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
All items must be returned and exchanged for money at one of Al Khayat Al Musheer ( Dubai , Sharjah) Branches and cannot be returned by mail.
