Cancellation & Replacement Policy:
We are happy to exchange or refund any item returned to us in its original unused condition, with an original receipt, within 90 days for exchanges and 14 days for refund, from the date of purchase.
You will be refunded in the same method you originally paid. If you do not have an original receipt, an exchange will be offered at the current selling price.
All items must be returned and exchanged for money at one of Al Khayat Al Musheer ( Dubai , Sharjah) Branches and cannot be returned by mail.
